Wolfram Alpha

This is very cool. Students and teachers who follow this blog should check out this new search tool. My friend who showed me this site today describes it as google meets wikipedia. If you are searching for data on just about anything this site is worth visiting. Click on the title to visit Wolfram Alpha for your own search or click on the link below to go straight to my Hubble Telescope search on Wolfram Alpha.

Great for producing graphs, maps, tables, dates and facts ... and can compare data as well.

  1. "google meets wikipedia?"

That sounds like a pretty good description.
